Are skinbetter science products tested on animals?

No, skinbetter science does not test, and has never tested any of its products on animals.

Can I use skinbetter science products if I am pregnant or nursing?

While skinbetter science stands by the integrity and safety of ALL our products, we recommend you consult with your doctor or medical practitioner before starting any new routine while you are pregnant or nursing.

Are skinbetter science products safe to use on sensitive skin?

If you are using any skincare product for the first time, we suggest you test a small amount on the inside of your arm or underneath the angle of your jaw line to eliminate the possibility of an allergic reaction or individual sensitivity. Allow at least 24 hours to pass. If no reaction has occurred, the product should be safe for you to use.

How do peptides help in the anti-aging process?

How do I place an order?

To place an order, you must first register with your skinbetter Authorized Physician Partner. To locate and register a skinbetter Authorized Physician Partner, search for your provider (or find one near you) at Find-A-Professional, click the Register to Buy button associated with your chosen provider and register to shop in their skinbetter online store.

What if I am having problems placing an order online?

If you currently have an account with skinbetter science and are having issues placing an order, please contact our Account Concierge Team or call 800.538.5600. We will be happy to assist you with your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped according to your shipping selection.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard shipping method arrives between 4 to 7 business days from the day of shipment, depending on the customer’s location.

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

What are the shipping costs?

We provide a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping for orders less than $99. Orders $99 or greater ship FREE! Our standard shipping method typically arrives between 4 to 7 business days from the day of shipment, depending on the customer’s location.

If you would like your order expedited, we offer other options. The actual shipping cost for these options will vary depending on the destination and weight of shipment. Those shipping rates will be provided upon checkout.

What should I do if there is a shipping error on my order?
