POSITION TITLE: Fall Marketing Internship starting August 22, 2023

REPORTS TO: Senior Marketing Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

skinbetter^® science is a physician-dispensed clinical skincare brand based in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a Marketing Intern to assist the Marketing department deliver a white-glove new physician account onboarding process. This will include oversight of our new account Welcome Package inventory, assembly and distribution process. Position will work closely with multiple members of the Marketing Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning for and managing high-value product inventory and design elements associated with new account packages.

• Designing and assembling new account Welcome boxes to be shipped out to new physician customers.

• Maintaining new account databases and spreadsheets with marketing and inventory data.

• Completing and printing shipping labels with accurate customer data.

• Participation in other Marketing projects including event preparation, collateral management, sales meeting support and marketing data collection.

• Opportunity to participate in strategic and content planning meetings.

• Updating weekly and monthly reports.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.

• Must be familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Google docs.

• This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Hours per week: 15-29.
